One of Mars’ two moons, this is the posh resort for the wealthy, as well as the center of the local Corporate Court proxy and the Planetary Governing Board (PLG), essentially an unpleasant collaboration between the variety of forces behind the terraforming and settlement effort. There is some nominal local representation as well, in a bid to avoid revolt amongst the settlers and Mars City denizens. Mars City operates similar to Denver Free Trade Zone, in that all the involved parties have a slice of the city/planet to call their own, and the local police/military is composed of units from all member states/organizations. This supposedly ensures that no one group controls too much-but, as everyone on Mars knows, they each control too much already, so go figure.

Aside from the government/corporate complexes, there are a variety of functional and hobby farms and estates. Life is good-but don’t even try to land without a qualified SIN, as security is tight and very well-armed.
