One of the major street gangs in the UCAS, especially around DC, they have a small undercity presence near the core. The team also interacted with their LA chapter.
Their numbers are made of a combination of fugitives from the law, and members paroled from Deimos after finishing their sentences. Only Elves are allowed to join, although they have allied with some other small gangs in Mars City, and on Deimos.
