This is the so-called “White Vory”: the Vory who left Russia rather than cut deals with the oligarchs, and established themselves throughout Europe and the Americas. They are weaker globally than the Red Vory.

They absorbed a variety of Eastern European Ethnic Mafias into their ranks when they expanded outward, and are a constant thorn in the Mafia’s side in Western Europe.
