A Boston street gang with turf east of the harbor. They have some sort of high-powered backer due to their new boss Luna, and have been pushing outwards. They supposedly have some members wanted on terrorism charges in Tir Tairngire, and are predominantly dwarves and elves. They hate Knights of the Red Branch with a passion, and have a healthy dislike for NeoNET as well.
