A maggot gang, following a wendigo Mosquito shaman named The Foul One. They operate around the CZ and near-Chicago, especially in the area around the Calumet Swamps and harbor. They seem to have a separate agenda from other insect cultists, and The Foul One possibly predates Bug City.
