Spinrad has attracted his share of scandals, due to this jetsetting lifestyle and hard partying, but he is a canny operator, and has snatched up a number of promising subsids at low prices during the Corporate Court shuffle. A rumored merge with Global Sandstorm could give him another shot at a seat at the table.
