They run protection and prostitution rackets in the West End Overplex, aka Shadowtown. The second portion of their names comes from the gang’s overall makeup- mostly the leavings from the various syndicates and the people who couldn’t quite make it in the shadows. What they lack in individual skill and fortitude, they make up for in numbers.
