A gang of smugglers operating in NYC, they primarily smuggle through The Underground, the collapsed ruins of “old Manhattan.” Since the MDC didn’t clean up when they rebuilt, there’s 3-5 meters of debris-filled warrens and tunnels to travel through, although the shifting landscapes, route competition from other syndicates, and various unsavory characters (and spirits) who reside there mean that it can be kind of a deathtrap. The Rat Pack have a rep as being one of the most reliable groups of guides through the ever-shifting, wireless-free maze.

They have reputable magical and hacking teams within their group as well, to help with all the various aspects of the smuggling experience: truly full-service.
