A network of ex-bunraku puppets, hence the name (spanish for “doll” or “puppet”). They operate in the Carib League and South America, as well as occasional forays into the CAS. They are especially eager to go after the Olaya Cartel, and will set up jobs for anyone wanting to take them down a peg.

Sometimes cooperate with the Nadja Fixer Network due to their similarities. However, the Munecas have a specific anti-slavery drive, and use their connections to pursue these goals.
