The last physically active Seoul’pa in Seattle. They have a longheld grudge against the yakuza, and will take any opportunity to fuck them over or attack them. Many members were recently captured in a Knight Errant sweep, and they have allied with the Dogmen and taken a large chunk of turf in the ACHE, though they have recently been losing ground to the Kenran-Kai yak. They primarily operate as the Seattle side of a human smuggling/organlegging/used cyber-sales operation, with the Dogmen on the Salish-Shidhe side.

They were involved in tempo smuggling back in the day, and rumors of Carib League connections still linger.

They usually cooperate with the Choson Ring, the other Seattle Seoul’pa, who are more matrix-focussed.
