This Yakuza family is concentrated in the upper city, and is the largest and best connected of the Mars City families. It is engaged in a low level turf war with the Striking Crane Clan. They are currently peaceful (publicly) with their upper city neighbors ( Ethnic Mafias, Hsaio To Syndicate, and Kuro Mori Nakama) as everyone enjoys the status quo. The H-I sponsor combat biking derbies, and have a fair stake in most of Mars City’s illicit industries at some level.
