An all-infected network of gangs and terrorist cells, who believe that the only thing non-infected are good for is food. They operate globally, but are primarily active in the UCAS and CAS. They tend to distract from the more aboveboard activities of organizations such as the Ghoul Liberation League, but have the side effect of making their solutions and proposals look a bit more palatable.

Very active in Boston, given the chaotic situation there.
