Ethnic Mafias
The different European and North American ethnic mafias banded together on Mars following the Mafia wars a few years back. The ethnic mafias all meet under one governing council, and offer a fairly unified front against opposing syndicates, although the underbosses still squabble from time to time, and tensions remain high. There is very little Irish mafia presence currently. One of the major players in Mars City, the Mafia has a big chunk of upper city turf, bounded by Triad and Yakuza.
