Longstanding ties to Aztechnology and the Aztlan state, they are poised for major territorial gains after the damage done to some of the other cartels in the followup to the tempo rush. They are also pushing south alongside the official Aztlan expansion, following the peace treaty with Amazonia.

Rumors abound that they either control Aztechnology or vice versa, depending on who you believe. They are also rumored to be manufacturing tempo themselves, now that it is so scarce and demand so high.
