The inner circle is all-Awakened, though all members must work their way up through the ranks. Their well-armed street level goons have spurred rumors of high-level backing, either a corp, a dragon, or possibly a vampire cabal?.

They compete for turf in Metropole with the Honore y Sangre Ghost Cartel, though Codigo 525 managed to avoid the tempo crackdown, and emerged in a stronger position.
