BS is a Neo-Anarchist militia which recruits from a number of different Anarchist organizations around the world, and is especially interested in acquiring awakened members. BS operates in a loose network of cells, and sends operatives to many conflicts around the globe, both to directly participate, and to train locals in various useful insurgency skills.

Their merc company was mostly wiped out by Aztechnology in Bogota, and they will have to recruit heavily before they can field a useful-sized force again.
