The combined committee overseeing all the various Mafia families world-wide, the AC was established to give the various families a chance against the more-unified Yakuza and Triads, and the more brutal Vory V Zakone. The AC makes decisions regarding succession squabbles, turf control, and settles disputes between families (if they get out of hand). They generally prefer a hands-off approach to local matters, however.
