An incredibly friendly and charismatic work who works for Horizon’s Street Market Opposition Research Cadre. He seems to be a genuinely open, enthusiastic, and inquisitive person. He acts as a Johnson and fixer for Horizon on the West Coast, primarily Seattle and LA.
