As close to a “toxic decker” as you can come, BF leads a pack of Night Hunters operating out of Glow City in Seattle. He likes to hack vehicles as they pass, and then sick the pack on the stranded occupants. He also freelances as muscle and matrix support for Kenneth Brackhaven’s shadow ops when needed.
